Title of Bug: ERU revival issues
Description:
When reviving somebody you need to heal them first, now before ERU existed the Fireman could stabalise a person to then revive them, and paramedics had to heal using the first aid kit to then revive. Now when I press e on somebody to revive them it tells me I need to heal them while also telling me I'm stabalising the person. Revival works fine it just displays both messages which is weird.

Going to Close & Move this one as it hasn't had anymore replies and haven't heard anyone else complain about this Issue. However as always any more issues regarding this bug then please feel free to open another report.
