Summary of the incident
Player ignored FearRP and ran me over instead and continued driving instead of stopping.
The claim for breaking the rule afterwards when we discussed it with him was: "Hummer is bulletproof"

Is it possible to get a clearer video or further evidence? Currently it’s impossible to see who the driver or owner of the car is.
