Project Modernisation - F1 Menu Overhaul

As we've continued to add new features and additions to the gamemode, older things have been left behind and often neglected. This has resulted in us having a few old and outdated features mixed in with the newer ones we've pushed out more recently. Project Modernisation is a long-term project aimed at solving this issue by bringing older features up to the higher standard we have with newer updates. A few things which are being worked on under this project are visible on the roadmap (https://trello.com/b/hB26myvc/fearless-roadmap) and more things may be added to the future depending on how development priority shifts. Over the past week i've been prioritising overhauling the F1 menu to make it more modern and add a ton of requested features. I've kept the same layout as the old menu to keep something you are all familiar with while using our new design colours and overall theme. There's a ton of new smaller things added, i'm just going to go over the main changes and let you see the rest for yourself ingame.
