Does this happen to every server you try and load into or certain ones? Are you also able to get into singleplayer?

Yep every server and not tried Single player as of right now!

Does it also happen on other source games like CSGO?

the problem has been fixed i restarted my PC which was on the last on my list and its fixed the issue thanks so much for the help!
