There is a npc at black market dealer spawn you go to him with the stuff in you inventory and he buys them from you 1 for 101 dollah i think is what he says

You can either sell it to Zakharia, or you can get high on it, it just makes your vision trippy. (Note, there is a high chance that you will die from smoking it)
