Summary of the incident
(Just posting for my cousin since he forgot his login)
Was in a shootout with Philip prior and I died, afterwards I got CDMed by accident inside the city after respawning, the rest can be seen in the video
Basically he was waiting at my spawnpoint to kill me/farm kills
With his amount of hours I think it is unacceptable and sets a bad example for new players

This is clearly power gaming by self-supplying..

This is another example of Powergaming - going Police Sergeant to then demote people for no apparent reason. There is no way in 5 seconds you could get a reason to demote someone rightfully, especially not two people.

Yes, i did indeed spawn killed him.
But i want to say with this, ( Frost was there with me ) We were just chilling and he kept harassing us. He didn't want to stop coming by and shoot us. Basically he re-spawned, got guns, came back, another shootout. This brought a little anger and irritations inside of me that's why i did this. Its still stupid and i take full responsibility of it.
If someone has time, they might check into that. Unlucky i don't have any recordings of that time of date

Philip is guilty of this offence and will receive a ban. Philip is a very loyal player and this is something I will take into consideration as well. Philip's last ban was from RedPanda, but other than that his bans are extremely old. I am sure this is a one-time incident, and therefore I will be more lenient. Philip will receive a two-week ban. I think this is enough for Philip to learn from his mistake. Do note that his next ban will most likely be a last chance ban.
As for DJ Etzy, he will receive a 1-week ban for power gaming twice within the matter of a couple of minutes.
On that note, this player report is concluded.
