There is no screenshot About where & when he stole the car at beach but i think he wrote it into OOC.

User will be punished for FearRP as they have admitted to breaking it in OOC, there will also be a punishment for insults in OOC.
No further action will be taken for the public theft as there is insufficient evidence for this.
