Summary of the incident
So, the user in question drove at high speeds into my vehicle, then when I tried to speak to him about it he drove off, which lead to a pursuit as he failed to stop for my lights and sirens. When he jumped out his vehicle, I tased him because he wouldn't stop and he then disconnected and reconnected, as shown below. This is not the first time this has happened, it happened a few minutes before however i have no proof to show that he was with me then reconnected, unlike here where it is shown that I tased him.
