Yacht Spawning & Seats - Ducktard - 10-24-2019 Title of Bug: Yacht Spawning & Seats Description:  The yacht spawns inside the pier 80% of the time that it's spawned + only has 2 enter-able seats due to vcmod compared to about 6 prior.
