Summary of the incident
I as a corrupt officer, arrested Ner0 for "assault on an officer" - the real motive IC to arrest him was because he was refusing to repair government's vehicles until the police sergeant resigned. When i realized he wasn't repairing my car, i called for backup over the radio and said he assaulted me.
Ner0 took to OOC to insult me as seen below.
