I was AFK and his excuse for killing people was they were stealing cars.

As i already explained someone was lockpicking my car also he claimed he was a civilian if he was a civilian then he cannot just lockpick cars. the kill was a robery but no response. some people act like they are afk to avoid paying.

8.1 You can't commit crimes in public and you must have a valid roleplay reason (you can rob a store in public, if deemed safe to do so). Public locations are the city, Metro stations and Connectivity road.
