Summary of the incident
We basically responded to a kidnapping, and then I tased this dude who tried to run away and he decided to D/C right after the tase (which is pretty bad to do it, especially after being tased), but anyway he changed his name to Derik shortly after but it said it was him in his previous names on steam.
