Title of Bug: Crown vic and Suburban
Description:
The skin of the Crown Vic and the Chevy Suburban doesn't change back to the original after you change job from fireman.
It remains red and needs a mechanic every time to fix it.

Fixes when a vehicle is despawned and then respawned.

Vehicle despawning seems broken - can change to citizen and vehicle stays spawned, and can enter and drive it - bug is caused by it not despawning.
Only other time this should be a problem (if vehicles did despawn) is if you changed between government jobs.
