this was clearly not a joke. you joking about ending someones life shoudlnt be acceptable under any circumstances anyway.
i have no prior history with you to suggest that this would be a joke. what you said to mean was not meant to be a joke but as kipsee stated that in his reasoning for a false conclusion you believe it to be an adequite excuse
