Summary of the incident
Greenslime and his friend TheYellowPhynix were recklessly driving in the City, I had initiated a pursuit and they had left the City. After cornering them I moved outside of my vehicle and began issuing commands however I was made aware my microphone may have been muted somehow at the time by the two. But as I held my rifle at them inside their vehicle TheYellowPhynix attempted to drive away, and as I was directly infront of his vehicle I opened fire to protect myself. Once Greenslime was out of his vehicle I cuffed him and began to explain the situation before he started typing in Local OOC.

(<3) (Local OOC) [FL:RP] Kappatalist: Don't disconnect"
Initially I thought he was planning on disconnecting, but oh no, his friend had become the President and had just demoted me.
After this he called me a 'Son of a bitch', and this was clearly an OOC interaction because he followed it up with 'Don't ever RDM me again'
Greenslime then went VP, and the President set taxes to 40 within minutes of joining and demoting me.
