I am a first-time seller, what would you value each dupe at? I had one guy offer me either 1k-5k or a dupe trade for apartment #2 and I thought that was a pretty low offer. I just need an idea of a reasonable asking price.

Update: Apartment #2 has been sold to Avalanche for $20,000. It is now off-sale and will not be sold again.
