Summary of the incident
Breaking FearRP multiple times.
The second breakage was taken care of by Jonas, but I want to show that he has been breaking FearRP multiple times.
(Also I'm not sure if Jonas was aware of the previous breakages.)
Also, keep in mind that the player has 331 hours of playtime and thus should be aware of FearRP,
yet you can hear him saying (in the second video) that he doesn't fucking care.

okay what you did is not ok either,
beat me to death when I'm in handcuffs for fun, but of course that is not shown on the video
just hit my car without any explanation and without any reason.
easy if you dont dare to show your own actions and rule breaking.
you can blame stuff on others, but yet you always try to get away with your own actions.
I talked to Jonas about that and he gave me a warning
i also told jonas at the same time about the B*llsh*t you do
Punishing other people while you yourself ALSO break rules is just damn childish.
you should be punished also for you b*llsh*t.
same goes for a lot of other people who just break rules around me at any time
but yet they complain about me not giving a damn about them.
dont complain about me if you cant follow rules yourself. start with yourself, and after that look at me and my actions.

Approved - Although Jonas may have dealt with the second situation in-game, Kiesmaar has shown a blatant disregard for the rules. Just because you believe someone else is breaking the rules does not give you free reign to break them yourself.
Kiesmaar will receive a 1 day ban.

It is not shown for the sole reason that it didn't happen.
I do cut videos only for the file size to be smaller and thus the upload to be faster.
I am willing to show what happened before the video if the admin handling this case wants me to,
which is basically me arriving at the scene in both videos and you driving away in the first video
and being picked up by Jonas in the second video.
I also want to let you know, that lying in the courthouse is under zero tolerance.

As stated previously, I did not break any rules.
If you feel I do, feel free to create a player report on me or call an admin within the game.
I am also getting the feeling of you being quite rude and disrespectful,
I hope that this is not your intention.

Once again, feel free to create a player report on them or contact an admin within the game.
Someone else breaking rules, doesn't allow you to break them as well.
I think the evidence provided shows a clear breakage of FearRP.
Also to quote your opinion on FearRP as seen in the second video at 0:25:
