Explanation and Evidence
Hello my name is [FL:RP] Josh.SM, earlier today I was President and my Vice President was [FL] Arny. We then added our laws and then [FL] Forgee began to private message me, [FL] Arny and I were not prepared. We were still editing our laws as it was a copy - paste. We removed the laws that we did not feel satisfied with. So we removed the licenses law. We then hired a security guard ([FL] TASSIA) and we went to the Tops Casino to play a game of blackjack. We then placed a bet around $20,000 - $65,000 USD (around that range). We then consulted a fellow gambler in the casino (by the name of [FL:M] Jonas) of how much money he had won/lost that day. He then responded with over $300,000 USD. So as I president I was extremely shocked of how much money people have been losing because of the establishment. I then also just lost a bet and thought that was the final straw! So I went out of the casino and added the law as follows; ‘§ 9.3 Casinos and gambling are banned. (Betting) Establishments that gamble and/or is a casino are banned. They cause too much stress on the citizens and too much money is lost in the industry.' After we had added the law, we then sent a broadcast out to inform the citizens of Evocity that there was a new law by the index of 9.3 stating that casinos and gambling establishments are now banned and not allowed! After this, we then waited around 5 minutes for the law to settle in and the casinos to cease. After 5 minutes, we then used our voice radios to radio in to the Police force to shut down the casino as they refused the law. The police force then went to the casino and notified them that they had around 10 minutes to close. But I was not happy with 10 minutes as they already had 5 minutes to close! So I told the police force to make the time 2 minutes to close. At this point [FL] Forgee noclips straight through the front door and then teleports me to a roof, stating that it was ‘Powergaming’ and also called me a child, which I do not appreciate! After a bit of back and forths, it is quite clear that Forgee was not listening to me. My game then froze which meant I had to disconnect from the server. After using the in game private messaging system, I politely asked [FL] Forgee what rule I had broken and for him to explain how I had broken such rule. He then proceeds to completely blank me and totally ignore my private messages! I am very upset with how [FL] Forgee deals with these situations to benefit him, it almost feels as he is bullying me.

At time of asking Jonas said he lost 300k. We didn't say at the end of the night, we said at the time of asking. So it isn't fabricated at all.
