I saw a car that was illegally parked on the road. When I approached him, I asked him if it was his car and he instantly took it out of character. He used his admin powers to avoid a traffic ticket.

Theres no way you are serious, after you witnessed the situation and I explained why you should leave it.
Your friend shot me out of nowhere, when I was driving. Which you left out of the video, but I think I have it saved. Haven't actually checked myself. My car would never have been there if it wasn't for the fact that your friend broke a rule, and I had to deal with him. That is the story, the true story, and the full story.
Will not comment anything else unless an SA+ requires further evidence or another comment.

Evidence has been shown to me that Random's car was only 'illegally parked' because he had to leave it to quickly deal with a sit. I see no abuse here, therefore I'm going to close this.
