The money get displayed with XXX.cents but actually numbers of cents (which I don't think are supposed to be there) like 5024 as you can see in the screenshot

Happens all the time to Presidents and Vice Presidents. I think it's caused by the taxes giving you exactly the amount of tax you wanted.
It sorts it self out after a while, I've only ever seen this happening to me as President/VP.
