Is there a way I can donate using my paypal debit card. I have a student account, and Paypal have broken the permissions system, so I can't do anything except use my card, is it possible to purchase moneypacks? When I tried to enter my card infomation, it didn't work

Maybe you have some setting on that prevents "money transfer"
Because I can transfer money, and I have.
