Soul stated multiple times he was willing to pay developers, though if you as team want to act oh so humble and nice by not accepting payments you shouldn't complain after a while.

Give Awestruck a custom Adam Bogdan player model
Make Toolboxes not shit, or at least make the price make any fucking sense. (15% = 1000 vs 50% = 1000)
Fix models with no head hitbox that can't be knocked out
Make the diver suit allowed in AggRP
Make it clear and distinguishable where or how large an NLR area is so admins don't have to be vague
Make the SMG's do damage, along with pistols
