move the alert to the center of the screen like low food alert
added maybe pager beep noise to it
Why?
make it get more notice
also more helpful for injured people

Visibility could be improved, but I think this suggestion is perhaps too much, as stated above it could interrupt RP, and be irritating.

I think it will be irritating to have it in the middle of the screen. But I still think the Paramedic will get more notice then it is right now. Some of the Paramedic doesn't notice on some calls sometimes. And the Beep sound could be good if it not really loud, just so you pretty much can hear it. And If this will get added I think they can fix a mute thing for the Beep thing.

I like the idea of this, not in the middle of the screen but in the chat box and a quick 2 second beep to show you would be perfect

Feel it would be a bit overkill, would like to see the beep but keep the message where it is.
