Summary of the incident
So I was just trying to complete my delivery jobs when this player kept abusing props. When I first joined the server he was prop killing other players which I have no evidence of, unfortunately, He also partially blocked city tunnel. However, what I do have evidence for is Kwsmith18 firstly misusing OOC by spamming inappropriately which can be seen in Evidence #1. He then proceeded to completely block off the industrial tunnel with large block props with the only intention to make me miss my delivery (We were the only 2 players on the server) which can be seen in Evidence #2. The next thing this player did was try and prop block me while I was standing temporarily with fence props seen in evidence #3. Finally, the player prop killed me showing a clear intention of doing so which resulted in me creating this PR, as you can see in evidence #4 the player again uses large block props, spawning them on top of my truck causing it to get pushed aggressively, and eventually spawns a prop which blows up my vehicle and kills me.
