The Fearless Pravda #32 - Joe Joe - 07-07-2019 [Image: onzhHMg.png] Money all round! A day that one would not forget and would make history in the gambling world of EvoCity. EvoCitys biggest Casino 'The Tops' recently saw its biggest win in EvoCity history with a whopping $10,000,000 being won by a singular person in 1 round! The person who successfully obtained this money was none other than EvoCitys Kyrell Washington. Mr.Washington who stated he obtained his money as a generous gift from his grandfather was placed on 'The Tops' Highroller table and following his win walked out with an additional $10,000,000 in pocket. We spoke to Mr.Washington about the situation and any advice he would give to people on the fence about betting and his general thoughts about the night, to which he said "I will for sure look to spend my money in the casino again after the huge amount I won" and his advice to others "You earn your money by risking a lot". Very interesting words, its paid of for some maybe it will pay off for all. Fuel to the Fire EvoCity known for its catastrophic fires in rapid succession and once again another fire has broken out within the city. The fire which started in the office facility quite quickly spread not only engulfing and destroying the building but also spreading across the bridging corridor between the building and the Nexus causing millions of dollars of damage in both private and government property. The fire which as of current is one of the biggest in EvoCity is currently still raging on with outer city crews being called in as reinforcements. We spoke to the spokesman for the EvoCity Fire-department who stated "Fires like this aren't uncommon in EvoCity. At this current stage we believe the fire itself may have been arson however we cannot confirm or deny this theory until the department as well as structural engineers have been in to identify the cause of the fire and how safe the structure is." If the structures themselves are deemed unsafe a full revamp on major city structure would occur in which would cost the local authorities millions of dollars, however lets hope that isn't the case. Ministry of Peace at War... Recently the proclaimed 'Ministry of Peace' declared war on one of the minority gangs of EvoCity the Hondai Gang. This conflict took many of EvoCity's citizens by surprise. An organisation with a name in which is meant to inspire the lack of conflict yet creates conflict in its path. The war which lasted merely days saw the Hondai gang unconditionally surrender and lay downs its arms in the face of the Ministry. The war declarations legitimacy is still questioned with many unsure why such a large organisation would attempt to wipe out small gangs in which posed little to no threat. We obtained an exclusive interview with the highest ranking official in EvoCity from the Ministry ; Colonel Louis Fontaine, who had this to say "I'd like to state for the record that the Ministry of Peace is not peaceful. Of course, our humanitarian aid missions to the Middle East and Africa offer a counter-argument to that statement, but inherently the Ministry was founded as a paramilitary extension of the United Nations, funded and sanctioned in order to maintain peace across the globe.". Interesting statement from such a large scale operation especially to be deployed in EvoCity. The future projects of the organisation are currently listed as 'Confidential'. However only time will tell what the future holds for the Ministry. The Hellish Hotel Blackwater; an EvoCity organisation recently opened the doors to their new hotel and so far the reviews have plummeted. The hotel in which was extremely overcrowded and understaffed became quite a scene recently with local authorities swarming the hotel for numerous reasons. We talked to both government agents as well as guests who had many things to say about this supposedly lavish hotel. When question about the situation an officer of the EvoCity Police Department had this to say "We were called to the establishment on the 8th June 2019 in regards to what was believed to be an attack on a customers room in which the door was completely blown of the hinges. We later returned to the hotel to find what was believed to be an illegal recording of a pornographic video within one of the rooms." When questioned about the situation as well as the lack of security and staff presence on scene during the whole endeavour the CEO and owner of the hotel Mr. Antonio Marino stated he wished to make "No comment" before hastily rushing the camera crew and journalists out of the establishment.
