No, it's not, it's been changed as RedPanda is currently unavailable (he's on holiday).
Currently no date is set in stone for this event and I believe a new date is to be set.

This is very true, I have yet to decide myself and propose a date for this mini-event to take place. Please sit tight while I try and figure this out to sort the most people, I will then run it past Forgee to make sure it’s okay.
