Ah well, I was not aware of Tassia's response. I highly doubt anyone will be able to find the solution to this bug.

This bug has been around for yonks, if Tassia can fix he will post here but I am unsure as even after his last fix the bug still happens

At least the chances of it happening should've gone down since my fix.
