The car will despawn when the player has spawned with their new job,
not when they just change it.
The way it looks to me, the officer was AFK and got demoted for being AFK.
He then wouldn't spawn and be stuck in the dead state until he presses a button.
Do you have any evidence that this bug did occur with him being an actually spawned citizen?
