Summary of the incident
Theotzoa broke FearRP, and disconnected to avoid me twice, and then decided to demote all police, and go cop himself and then mass RDM'ed. I only recorded him killing me, however.

Tried speaking to him in game to which he disconnected. However this was dealt with in game.
