Thats not raid baiting in my opinion, im just saying the gang is bad because i know lots of stuff about them and i dont like the gang,

He then went on to broadcast "Come and get me" when we showed no means at all that we were gonna raid.

I mean I guess you could argue raid baiting, but I would argue more FailRP than anything.
I don't believe it would be fair to punish users for this as it was a one off occasion in my eyes, however I will strongly advise not to do it again. If I do see behaviour like this again then said users will be punished.
