You cannot equip the government cap on paramedic anymore, which you used to be able to do. If you press "use", it only says that it's not compatible with your uniform

There should be a separate item specifically for paramedic that isn't the police one.

It's possible to have it as the same item, I think it makes more sense as it was like that before.
