Title of Suggestion: Life Alert to Dispatch
Description
Life alerts are sent to a dispatcher (if available) instead of being transmitted as a standard request to all emergency services.
Why?
Because a lot of people nowadays have life alert, it's insanity not to.
This takes away a portion of the dispatchers job with sending EMS to calls.

More and more people are getting the life alerts. It'll eventually be spamming to much. This will enhance the RP for dispatchers.
I would add though - If no dispatch is online, it should be broadcast to all Emergency services

I'm suggesting the same system as used by the rest of the emergency calls. So yes, if dispatch is offline it would display it to all emergency services as normal.

I would infact go so far and say this is more a bug report than a suggestion ^^
Nonetheless a +support, this really should be added/fixed.
