Removing stormfox won't magically give everyone FPS on V4B1. FPS was just as bad when it wasn't a thing.

StormFox has been removed due to the major lags that it has caused after the latest Garry's Mod update.
If StormFox 2 or a more performant version is released, we may re-add it. We might also add another Day-Night-Cycle system.
