How does Atmos compare to StormFox?

I know feature wise, StormFox is a lot better, but if we only need day and night cycle, would Atmos be better for performance?

this is what is true, stormfox does a lot feature wise and would be hard to remove as it adds some clocks i believe but the weather could be disabled?

Atmos is a lot better. To me stormfox creates a depressing, dark and unwanted theme which stopped me from playing a while back. Atmos is definitely a better option

Didn’t they add a feature to disable effects that could weigh down your performance in the StormFox menu or something?

It won't be hard to remove at all, it can be removed in less than 10 minutes (I had to remove it the last time it caused issues).

that is a big heck no, RPs in the night bring a whole new aspect to roleplay. With no day/night system and rain it isn't as immersive. If this does get passed everyone will get bored of no rain, no night and no storm.

^^
