Therefore the evidence is valid. You have propblocked the elevator entrance. There must be a keypad.
If you believe someone else is breaking the rules, you should send an @ call but also gather evidence in-case it's needed for a Player Report. Don't break the rules just because you think someone else is, you will only land yourself in trouble.
