This is Coal Felpz,
I run and develop a small clan called Advanced EvoCity Security Squadron. I was interested in using MTL industrial for our training course, only to notice you have claimed it as your turf. I was wondering if we could share this property with you for us to train on also. We will only use it when you are not occupying it. Keep in mind we are just a Paramilitary organization, will not hurt you, and will remain neutral.
