The forum says im a donator but whenever i join the game i cant be SRU?

Doesn't show that on my end. Just shows that you are "new member", not a donator.
(Also if you have account issues etc. Help & Support is a better place to post them than discussions)

If you have bought a donator rank, but it isn't showing up/working, message the SAs (Sparx or Tomo).

you’re not a donator on forums, if you have any issues see the link siphon provided above and make a report, the owner will probably look at the bank transfers and if you have donated you will be given the role/SRU
