Summary of the incident
I was standing on main st when I heard contraband being destroyed nearby, upon further investigation of the explosions I observed Panini destroying his contraband in the bank as a gun dealer.

This video provides enough evidence to show that this player has broken the rule of contrabasing in a forbidden building and doing so as a job which is also not permitted.
90 hours would suggest knowing these two rules by now. With the players history and hours taken into consideration alongside the rules broken, a 3 hour blacklist of contraband will be given.
