Summary of the incident
Multiple violations of rules from Extreme. He killed someone because he was asked to as they were on low health, then broke FearRP and also D/C to avoid arrest.
Jack_ was the one asking to be killed because he was on low health (FailRP). Jack also proceeded to step on Extremes body (I'm not sure if Forgee sorted that out).

Thank you for posting this evidence MJ, this situation was difficult to deal with as there was not conclusive evidence.
Please can you amend the second SteamID so I can approve this.
