Summary of the incident
The user in question open fired one me whilst unarmed and not a threat, I was responding to an incident and he opened fire on my vehicle without even speaking once. He made no effort to take me under FearRP or try and roleplay. He just straight up shot my vehicle without any remorse.

3.1a Violence should always be the last option.
Borgan should of handled this in a different manner such as putting you under FearRP first instead of shooting you straight up. i fell like a weapons blacklist should do it.
