Summary of the incident
So Basically BeunkieBoy Trapped Me In Obviously (I May Have Honked A Bit Much I Wont Do it Again, Also I Was Not Intending On Getting So Close Nor Did I Want To Cdm I Was Just Not 100% Focused On Driving) I Get Out And Then He Gets In And Drives Into Lake. Hospital Is A Public Place so He Stole A Vehicle In Public And He Was A Chauffeur. I Have Been Told That Was Against The Rules Hence The Pr (Nothing Else Has Happened Except Him Random Punching Me When I Joined But That Can Be Disregarded As My Recording Only Started When He Ran Off)
