Summary of the incident
Blatant random arrest. The user in question walked up to me in-game cuffed me and arrested me. He was sergeant so authorised a warrant on me with no reason to do so. There was no roleplay involved in this scenario.

Lack of roleplay makes this an invalid arrest as far as i'm concerned.
