Hello Arny,
Do you have any additional evidence showing that you have given some form of voice command as your microphone was not recorded in the given evidence otherwise I will need to deny this PR because of rule 3.5.

At 40 seconds, you can see him begin to follow my commands. You can even see at 1:30 he runs in, spamming the button to get down and away from me, however failed.

Still not sufficient enough evidence to suggest that you were actually giving FearRP commands.
