I'm not involved in this scenario, however - this user doesn't understand the true meaning of FearRP.
CrazyOneLV has broken fearrp multiple times when i have encountered him - and when others have.
* The user has taken out guns at gunpoint and started shooting.
* Refused to follow orders when a gun was pointed at them.
* Broken NLR in nexus raids - by respawning, taking a gun and going straight back to action.
I do not have any evidence to support my statements. But i'd still like to say that if it in anyway may support this PR.

Just like I said above, user ONCE again, for the third or fourth time broke NLR and FearRP.
But this time I actually managed to call an admin in time to witness the rule breaking.

Just before he broke NLR I killed him because he completely failed to follow FearRP when I had a gun pointed at him. He just took his gun out and started shooting me.
He has over 300 hours but doesn't even follow NLR and FearRP. He deserves some time off.
