Remove the cooldown between doing /fireman and /paramedic.
Why?
In a car crash you need both. Fast.

Just use "/request" and type what you need and where. And if there is a dispatcher you can specify text with /fireman /paramedic so you can tell them with "/fireman car crash, 2 people hurt" that you also need a paramedic.
