like the undercover permission from the police sgt it make vice ask the prez to change the tax and notify the prez with a yes or no
Why?
too many time prez had to deal with a random vice hop in changing tax to 40% which ends up in a raid of him or her death this will change that

9/10, people jump on VP to set the tax without permission and jog on. It's very frustrating and ruins Roleplay. Good Suggestion.
