It still say offline for me.. do anything i have to do?

You have to change the IP address you are connecting to.
Follow these steps:
1. Open up Garry's Mod
2. Go to Multiplayer - > Legacy browser
3. Go to the favorites tab
4. Add server and write: cityrp.fearlessrp.net:27015
5. See you on the server!
