This guy was refusing to step out of the vehicle and ran me over, almost killing me. I decided enough was enough and decided to shoot to disable the vehicle.
He was a danger to me and everyone around me, including you apparently.

Please refrain from lying in the courthouse, as it is punishable by the rules.
This is what happened before:
As you can see, you started shooting him long before we even asked him to step out of the vehicle.

Like I said he was attempting to run me over so I made a judgement call in the heat of the moment.

Excessive use of force. He appeared to be attempting to flee rather than actively trying to run you all over. Pursuit would have been the correct way to stop him at this point.
