Religion - Aspire - 10-21-2018

Hello Fearless,

I’d like to hear from you the community regarding religion.

Are you religious?
If so what religion and why.

Tell us a little about your religion.

Or if you’re not religious tell us why.

I couldn’t see any other thread on this so I decided to make one.

1)I’m not religious at all, and I consider religion as a threat to humanity.
2)I’m a negativist atheist, meaning that I believe there is zero chance of a deity existing due to laws of nature and logic. A paradox I commonly use:

Can God affect physical events?
If answer = yes then we proceed to this:
If God can affect material and energy, then the said deity has to be material and energy(meaning that it has to follow laws of physics and thus not with infinite power)
If answer = no then you’ve already admitted that God does not exist.


I should probably add that I support state atheism and consider religion a reactionary stance.

Yeah im religious, christianity to be exact.

Im confident that there is a deity who created earth, humans and all other life here.
Life on earth is too beautiful and complex for me to believe that it is all coincidentally created by a random bang out of nothing.

This deity is God for me, Allah or Jahweh for others. As long as you life a good life, being good to others i dont think this deity minds if you call him Allah, God or Jahweh.

So ive been baptized as a Catholic but I do not give a single bit about religion. I do not believe in anything.

I am Jewish and from Israel, as you know considering you harassed me through DMs calling me racial slurs but that is going off-topic. I am a very strict Jew.
