Summary: So I was just being a delivery driver and I was waiting for a new package to respawn so I went and got chips I was on the sidewalk by the way and when I came back MarkY was arresting me and he said I had jaywalked two times I was a delivery driver I was driving not walking also I was on the side walk as I said. so he arrests me for no reason and I get arrested for 8 mins.

I was not going to waste my time responding since no rule was broken here, but since this was quite a well fabricated video i thought i may as well. For anyone assuming the voice in nicks video is not during the arrest its his voice over, i assume he was trying to make it seem like it was but whatever. This was a simple arrest, he was jaywalking i made my stop. It was abit difficult to stay in character I was just going to go with a small fine but when he went on his rant about "don't make me get an admin rant" instantly i had to RP it as insulting an officer" Everything is void anyway since i was a corrupt cop, but even at that in this situation i wasn't even corrupt. Nicholas has ah habit (which certain admins encourage btw) to go straight to "the admiins like me they will get you banned haha" in these type of situations. Instantly here he goes for the veiled threat by saying "don't make me get an admin on because last time i did that the person got banned" Admins should discourage Nicholas from doing this because he constantly does it and it really takes you out of character on not knowing how i am supposed to deal with it. A newer player might fall for his tricks of slyly hinting at getting admins to do this or that, and might do as he says due to thinking they will be punished. That is all

Why was this PR reopened? As I said before no rules were broken except Nick for tampering with evidence to make false evidence as my video shows.

Evidence of him tampering with evidence? Look at the footage he uploaded compared to mine, he was trying to make it seem like the voice over he done was him talking to me in game. Quite well done though, also the using admin threats is minor but he does it literally all the time on people, and for new people they might actually believe him and would do what he wants so he gets his own way.
